Interstate Challenge Results 2023 Newcastle

A new format was tried this year with two Open teams invited from each State. With an odd number of entries, NSW was invited to submit a third team. There were nine random rounds where each team played each other team. At the end of that the rankings were as shown below. As can be seen, it was very competitive!. The top two teams played off in a unique Final format with three games played - MM, FF, FM. NSW Blue won the Mixed Doubles 13 - 7. Victoria White won the Women's Doubles 13 - 3. The last game to conclude was the Men's Doubles won by Victoria 13 - 8 making Victoria the State Champion for 2023
