There are nearly sixty Petanque Clubs around Australia that are affiliated with the PFA. (There as some other non-affiliated Clubs too, but this site is for PFA-affiliated Clubs only.)

If you are a Club that would like to affiliate with the PFA ($100 per year with the first year free) fill out the Club Application form. You need to have at least six Players prepared to become PFA-Licenced after your Club is accepted into the Federation.

Australian Mauritian Association Petanque Club

The Australian Mauritian Association is a non-profit organisation based in Sydney NSW, registered with the Department of Fair Trading.
Founded in October 1969 by Rex Moutou MBE and a group of friends, the aim of the organisation was to help new Mauritian immigrants settle in their adopted country.
These days the AMA is involved in a variety of projects, focusing on the social lives of its members and their desire to join in healthy pursuits.
The association consists of 200 families living in western Sydney and coming from various backgrounds. We have evolved as we now have quite a few non-Mauritian members who enjoy our joie de vivre and our friendliness.
We have a range of activities which means there is something for everybody.
Bellarine Peninsula Petanque Club

We are a family-friendly club, based on the Bellarine Peninsula.
We encourage and facilitate the development of Petanque player groups and/or Petanque clubs across the wider Bellarine and Geelong regions.
We host regular, social Come and Try Petanque sessions and everybody is welcome.
Boules Artistes Petanque Club

We are a friendly, active Club providing opportunities for social and competition play every weekend, and on Wednesdays and Fridays from 2 pm. We welcome new players to our picturesque, shady venues and can provide tuition and boules for new players of all ages.
As well as lots of social games we also run Club competitions and provide opportunities to participate in NSW Petanque League competitions; National competitions; and, for those who are selected to be a Boularoo, opportunities to represent Australia in countries throughout the world. Brisbane Petanque Club

Brisbane Pétanque Club was founded officially in 2002 by a small group of people who for the sheer love of the game strove to create our courts here at Kalinga Park, to better share the sport and to expose others to a popular French tradition. Their enthusiasm for a good time promoted what we have today.
Camberwell Petanque Club

Camberwell Petanque Club was started by Don Miller and Christian Draschler on 5th September 1998. It had 13 members and an unused area at a bowling club in St James Park, Hawthorn.
Construction of proper pistes started on 13th November 1999. Don called a mate at Boral and got gravel delivered by the truckload, all 120 tons of it. With help from Christian and others over the next two weekends they levelled 20 pistes. An extraordinary achievement! The first game was played the very next day.
Capital Petanque Club

We are Canberra's petanque club. With around 50 members our focus is on the social aspect of petanque, while also providing opportunities for competition.
Our "home ground" is our wonderful compacted gravel terrain - or "boulodrome" - in Weston Park, Yarralumla. The location is a beautiful one, with heritage landscaping and the ever popular Weston Park kangaroos sometimes taking their right of way. The 54 metres by 18 metres terrain can easily accommodate 13 playing pistes. Our club received a generous ACT Government Sport and Recreation grant to build the boulodrome which was opened in November 2015.

Eastern Suburbs Petanque Club

Eastern Suburbs Petanque meets every Wednesday evening for social play from about 6pm all year round.
Our members can compete in the annual interclub competition within South Australia and National and International Championships. The club also runs special events and competitions throughout the year. Whether you want to throw a few boules for fun or get competitive, ESP is the club for you.

Main Ridge Bowls and Petanque Club
The Main Ridge Bowls and Pétanque Club is proud to present first class Bowls and Pétanque facilities in the picturesque hinterland of the Mornington Peninsula.
The club is nestled amongst farmlands, orchards and wineries and boasts outstanding facilities which include two picture perfect bowling greens; a 600 square metre Petanque piste; fully air conditioned function room with licensed bar and seating for up to 90 people.
​Our clubhouse is surrounded by lovely gardens, originally planned by Charlie Roberts and maintained through the years by our members.

Mt Macedon Petanque Club

Our club was incorporated in October 2008. Members are from Gisborne, the surrounding region and some from the north western suburbs of Melbourne. The club has play days at Gisborne on every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month through the year from 10:00am. During summer months with daylight saving, play days are also on Wednesday evenings from 16.00.
Mt Martha Bowls Petanque and Social Club

Following the merger between the Mount Martha Bowls and the Mount Martha/Mornington Petanque Clubs a new Boulodrome has been constructed at the west end of the complex located at 45 Watson Road, Mount Martha.
Our ambition is to become the major club on the Mornington Peninsula and we are now able to offer:
- Twenty four championship lanes, 4 metres x 15 metres (approximately)
- Four different playing surfaces.
- Wheelchair access to all playing areas.
- Licensed Clubhouse with commercial kitchen, seats 110 people

We have beautiful gardens, four grades of piste and a very pleasant area where members can bring family and guests to enjoy a game and/or a picnic/BBQ. The Club has approximately 80 members.
Our spacious licensed and air-conditioned clubrooms, allow us to cater for 100 people.
Pyrenees Petanque Club
About our Club: From its beginning, the Pyrenees Petanque Club has used the median strip between two carriageways of the Sunraysia Highway in the centre of Avoca to stage events.
More recently the Club has established a new home and playing area at the Avoca Recreation Reserve. Although not large with about 30 members, the Club has staged and hosted over 40 major tournaments.
Sunbury Petanque Players

Sunbury Petanque Players meet once a week on our piste at Apex Park on a Tuesday evening from 5.30 - 8.30. We are primarily a social club aged 65 and over where petanque is played readily by all abilities.
Weird Entertainers Petanque Club

The Weird Entertainers & Pétanque Club is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Sydney Pargeter Reserve in the City of Casey. Home consists of a small Club House that can accommodate about 40 people and two large Pétanque grounds with a total of 20 pistes (pitches).
Woodend Hanging Rock Petanque Club

The club plays socially every Thursday evening during daylight saving summer time, so early October through to late March (we often extend the 'season' to include April) from 4.30 pm to about 8.30 pm.
Our pistes (playing surfaces) are located just to the left-hand side of the Hanging Rock cafe as you drive into the park. During the winter months we play the occasional social game at the home of one of our members.
