Club application to affiliate with Petanque Australia
The Applicant Club, being an Incorporated entity, hereby makes application for membership of Petanque Federation Australia Ltd ACN 099 110 460 trading as Petanque Australia and agrees to:
- Be bound by the Constitution of Petanque Australia
- Maintain a minimum of six (6) Petanque Australia Licensed Players within the Club
- Ensure any club member applying for a player's licence does not have a licence in another jurisdiction
- Be bound by the policies and procedures, rules of the game as published from time to time by Petanque Australia
- Join the relevant State League (where one exists) and maintain membership of that League whilst affiliated with Petanque Australia
